Security Alerts  

There are several security alerts that are sent immediately if a certain action is performed.  Such as when you change your password.   

Start by logging into your online banking.  From the dashboard (home screen) in the upper right menu and select Alerts 

Click Configure 

Provide an email address to enable email alerts.  

Provide a phone number to enable text message alerts.                     Note: Data fees may be charged by your service provider to receive text alerts.  

If a phone number is provided, an authentication code will be sent to verify the device and activate alerts for the phone number we have on file for you. Enter the validation code and select OK.  

Note: This authentication code must be entered to complete SMS alerts activation. 

With account and security alerts you can get the status of your accounts at a glance.  You can set limits to track your spending, monitor your deposit or withdrawal activity and so much more. 

Set up Account level to be notified regarding balances and/or transaction descriptions.  Note: Set up alerts when your account balance falls below the amount you set, purchases go over a limit you specify, and more. 

Set up Security Alerts to be notified for profile, password changes, and/or changes to your alert notifications. 

You can receive your alerts via email, text message (SMS), and push notices. 

Account Alerts 

You can specify what account activity to receive notification about.  Account alerts are delivered to you within a designated timeframe each day, such as 7am-7pm, except for the Daily Balance Alert which will be delivered at the time you select. 

Enroll in Industrial Bank Online from your smartphone, desktop, or tablet for secure online access to your accounts.  

Once enrolled, do not share your username or password with anyone. We recommend you select a unique username and password, and memorize it rather than writing it down. 

A unique password not used anywhere else. 

1 Special Character, at least 1 Upper Case Letter, at least 1 Numbers for a total of 9-17 characters 

Don’t use 

Your username or email address. 

Personal information (your name, phone number, etc.). 

Don’t  

Write down your password. 

Share your password with anyone. 

Save your password in a browser

Create a unique username not used anywhere else. Don’t use any part of your email address or personal information such as your name, street name, phone number, or Social Security number. 

Memorize your username, and do not write it down.

What You’ll Need

• A valid email address (something@gmail.com) that we have recorded on your account at Industrial Bank

If you register via Android  

Visit the Google Play Store  

1. Search for the Industrial Bank mobile app in the Google Play Store.  

2. Click Install to download and install the mobile app.  

3. Click Open to launch the mobile app and review your account.
